About The Position
Fenwick & West LLP is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a cutting edge, internationally recognized trademark practice. We are seeking a junior trademark associate with two to four years of experience as a trademark practitioner (with clearance, counseling, and domestic and international prosecution and enforcement experience) for our Silicon Valley or San Francisco offices. Superior analytical skills, academic credentials, and excellent oral, writing and interpersonal skills are a must. We require that the candidate be barred in California or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
