About The Position

As a Junior Technician in this temporary position, you will work on the review and validation of technical documentation related to solar energy systems in a highly structured and detail-oriented environment. You will work remotely most of the time, but occasional visits to the client’s facilities or office may be required. This is a part-time and temporary position with flexible hours

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in documentation review, validation, or management (QA, compliance, audit, or administrative processes).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (filters, data handling, basic validations).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs accurately.
• Excellent written communication to document findings and provide clear feedback.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with willingness to learn technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate technical and administrative documentation to ensure compliance with established requirements.
• Identify, document, and report discrepancies, omissions, and non-compliance within case files.
• Manage the full lifecycle of each case, from initial review to closure, including information requests and follow-up on pending items.
• Ensure traceability, integrity, and proper organization of all evaluated documentation.
• Meet defined productivity and quality metrics (KPIs) associated with the audit process.
