CP is seeking a Technical Trainer to support a large scale training delivery effort. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide training to end-users, specifically those in the maintenance and financial fields. The training course materials will be provided by the Government, and it is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that all training supports and meets the learning objectives established by the Government. The Contractor will utilize Government-provided MRO Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who will provide Over-the-Shoulder (OTS) support during training classes. These SMEs will be responsible for supporting Contractor-led training with operational and technical insight, ensuring that the training is both relevant and effective. Contractors expected to deliver training will participate in specific Government-directed immersion activities to enhance their readiness as trainers. Training will be conducted in person, utilizing either a lecture-style facility or a computer-equipped classroom facility, depending on the role of the end-user. For end-users in the Maintainer (Technician) role, training will occur in a lecture-style facility, while all other end-users will receive training in a standard classroom equipped with computers. Additionally, end-users in the Planner and Maintenance Supervisor roles will receive classroom-based training tailored to their specific roles, as well as the Maintainer (Technician) course in a lecture facility. The training content will consist of materials provided by the Government for delivery to end-users. This includes, but is not limited to, slideshow presentations, Computer Based Training (CBTs), hands-on scenarios developed for a production-level environment, student guides, and job aids. The Government will also provide SMEs during training sessions to address technical questions that may arise beyond the scope of the training materials. There will be approximately 27 unique courses, although the exact number and roles of each course are still being determined. The audience for these courses will consist of civilians, military personnel, and contractors. The Contractor is expected to deliver the appropriate training courses provided by the Government in accordance with the implementation schedule.
