Junior Technical Editor - Active Secret Clearance Required

Corner AllianceWashington, DC
2d$75,000 - $90,000Hybrid

About The Position

This role supports a federal client by reviewing classified legal and technical documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance. While the day-to-day work focuses on precise, line-by-line editing, successful performers go beyond surface corrections: they recognize recurring errors, follow strict guidance, and flag systemic issues that impact quality and compliance. This is a high-visibility, process-driven environment. Success requires humility, respect for the client’s mission, and comfort working within clearly defined standards. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in accuracy, follow directions, and are motivated to improve the document quality and overall program efficiency over time. You will be trusted not to “rewrite” content or impose personal style but instead provide support to our federal client to ensure program alignment and mission objectives.
