About The Position

JUNIOR STAFFER Now Hiring Payrate: $18.00 Weekly Pay of 40 Hours/week Scheduled Shift: Monday to Friday & Weekend rotations Purpose This policy defines the Junior Staff classification at Impact Home Health, clarifies how these roles differ from Full Administrative Staff, and outlines the benefits available to employees in these positions. This policy is intended to support compliance with applicable state and federal Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) regulations and to promote quality services, workforce development, and person-centered care. Definition of Junior Staff Junior Staff positions are support roles designed to provide essential operational and administrative assistance to the agency. These roles are one level above caregivers but are not classified as Full Administrative Staff. Employees classified as Junior Staff: · Do not have access to full administrative privileges, responsibilities, or benefits · Support day-to-day operations while developing skills for potential advancement into administrative roles · Are expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and service consistent with the mission of Impact Home Health · Support the delivery of quality, person-centered services in alignment with HCBS standards Distinction from Full Administrative Staff Junior Staff roles are distinct from Full Administrative Staff in the following ways: · Do not have decision-making authority over agency policy, operations, or clinical care · Are not eligible for the full suite of administrative benefits, including but not limited to, extended PTO, administrative health insurance plans, Bonus Paid Fridays, or administrative bonuses · Primarily perform task-based responsibilities focused on supporting daily operations rather than managing departments or teams · Function in a supportive capacity and do not assume responsibilities requiring licensed clinical or administrative authority, in accordance with HCBS role delineation requirements

Requirements

  • Adhere to all applicable federal and state HCBS regulations
  • Support documentation, processes, and workflows that meet regulatory and audit requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy policies
  • Participate in required training and competency development as assigned

Responsibilities

  • Primarily perform task-based responsibilities focused on supporting daily operations rather than managing departments or teams
  • Function in a supportive capacity and do not assume responsibilities requiring licensed clinical or administrative authority, in accordance with HCBS role delineation requirements
