Bo-Mac Contractors, Ltd. is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team in Beaumont, TX. As a Junior Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and posting monthly journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data. You will assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, collaborating closely with senior accounting staff to support month-end and year-end close procedures. Additionally, you will prepare documentation and schedules for both internal and external audits, process financial transactions, and validate invoices. In this role, you will also be responsible for reconciling and verifying employee expense reports and p-card transactions. Your contributions will help drive ongoing improvements in our financial reporting processes, and you will have the opportunity to identify efficiencies that enhance our operations. Collaboration with the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll teams will be essential to ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.
