Requirements
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where live sports, real-time decision-making, and risk management come together
- Bring strong intuition for trading, pricing, probability, statistics, and game theory, with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions as markets move
- Bring deep knowledge of major American professional and college sports, with a strong understanding of how these markets behave before, during, and after live events
Responsibilities
- Monitor live sports and market activity in real time, responding to order flow and changing conditions across our proprietary trading platform
- Analyze user behavior and market dynamics to inform segmentation, adjust pricing, and manage exposure as activity evolves
- Use internal models, live market data, and breaking team and player news to make disciplined risk decisions throughout the lifecycle of an event
- Operate at the intersection of sports analytics and market theory, combining proprietary prediction models, public betting data, and your own judgment to help keep markets fair and efficient
- Partner closely with quantitative analysts and trading engineers to improve trading models, tooling, and overall market performance
- Enjoy working when the action happens, with flexibility to cover evenings and weekends during peak trading hours
