About The Position

The Junior Sous Chef is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team supports the Sous Chefs in to ensure exceptional quality and service to our guests and serving as part of the management team leading the culinary team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine!

Requirements

  • Candidates should have three to five years previous experience in a culinary/food & beverage line position, or one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position.

Responsibilities

  • The Junior Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in planning, organize, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Kitchen Department.
