As a Junior Solution Architect at Red Hat, you will be an integral part of the customer account team, focusing on technical collaboration with customers to ensure their success through the use of Red Hat products and services. This role is designed for individuals early in their technical careers who are eager to learn and grow within the tech industry. You will engage in a cohort-based program during your first year, which will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Red Hat's offerings and how they can address various technical and strategic business challenges faced by customers. Throughout this program, you will build a strong support network that includes peers, managers, mentors, and other Red Hat associates. You will develop technical skills across the Red Hat portfolio, which encompasses Cloud, Automation, and AI solutions, by completing training programs and obtaining industry-recognized certifications. Your role will involve applying these technical skills in meaningful customer interactions, where you will shadow and assist more experienced Solution Architects in delivering proof of value through presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and pilot projects. Additionally, you will enhance your professional capabilities through real-world experiences, gaining insights into the processes and tools associated with enterprise-level solution architecture. This position also emphasizes personal and professional development, allowing you to grow your career at Red Hat while supporting the Sales organization's goals to deliver customer business value, advance opportunities, and increase sales pipeline and revenue.
