The shift to agentic work is inevitable, and we’re leading it. We've scaled from $0 -> $XM ARR in a few months with our agentic product, and we're looking for engineers to help us reach $XXM ARR. As a founding engineer, you won’t just be writing code, you’ll be shaping the playbook for the future of work alongside a small, relentless team pushing the edge of what’s possible with AI. We're backed by the investors behind OpenAI, Anthropic, Huggingface, and Notion, including Greylock, Coatue, and Lightspeed. The runway is long. The ambition is high. And the market is wide open. Requirements
- Have some experience in TypeScript and React
- Have been coding outside of work for 5+ years, through side projects, open source, and more recently, AI
- Have a strong bias towards action, a willingness to do whatever it takes, and embody show > tell
- Have a strong sense of agency, effectively prioritizing and unblocking yourself without much outside input.
- Value taking ownership and responsibility for your projects and systems.
- Studied Computer Science (or related field), or dropped out to build stuff
- Located in SF/Toronto or willing to relocate
