Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or 1-3 years Computer Engineering experience
• Technical proficiency in languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, C++/ Go, or similar with an understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
• Experience with Figma for delivering detailed designs to development
• Exposure to React / React native, native iOS and Android development frameworks, cloud-based computing principles
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures
• Understanding of financial services, payments, or digital banking is a huge plus
• Creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box and thrives in an environment of rapid innovation
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pivots, and constantly learning new things
• Team player who loves brainstorming, whiteboarding, and co-creating with others

Responsibilities

• Designing & Developing next-gen financial software solutions using modern frameworks and technologies
• Experimenting & Innovating with AI, cloud computing, and emerging tech to create breakthrough applications
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and product visionaries
• Rapid Prototype & Iterate - bring ideas to life fast, test them, and refine based on real feedback
• Optimize for Performance - ensure security, scalability, and speed for enterprise-grade applications
• Continuously research and adopt new tech trends to keep us ahead of the curve
