About The Position
We are looking for a Junior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team and support our infrastructure while developing expertise in DevOps and SRE best practices. If you are eager to learn and contribute to maintaining and improving our systems, apply today! Develop a deep understanding of at least one component of the infrastructure architecture. Learn and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. Provide Level 1 on-call support for designated areas of infrastructure. Monitor systems for issues, respond to alerts, and escalate as needed. Maintain and update Jira tickets with accurate and current status. Assist in maintaining and improving infrastructure reliability and performance. Work on well-defined sub-tasks and complete them within estimated timelines. Communicate effectively with team members and proactively seek guidance when needed. Participate in incident response and resolution efforts.
