About The Position

The Junior Site Merchandiser - MENS role at REVOLVE is a permanent full-time position focused on merchandising and creative copywriting for the FWRD + FWRD Man and Revolve Man customers. The role involves supporting the merchandising department with ongoing projects, creating curated pages for email and homepage features, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• 2 Years of experience with e-commerce merchandising
• Knowledge of contemporary and luxury Men's fashion brands
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Degree in fashion design, merchandising or a related field preferred
• Experience with Google Drive, Excel, Gmail, Word & PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Prepare landing pages for weekly e-mails and homepages that are curated based on trend and concept of campaign
• Work closely with the FWRD Women's and Men's Merchandising and Buying teams to manage deadlines and needs for all Homepage and Emails feature inclusions
• Follow best practices for merchandising pages for features, trends, brand page and custom pages
• Support the buyers' brand visions and work cross functionally with the buying team to improve conversion
• Provide and maintain additional curated product pages for special launches, social or special projects in addition to regularly scheduled weekly features
• Partner with site merchandising team to develop, improve and execute merchandising tools
• Research current and upcoming trends in fashion and retail and best merchandising practices
• Understand and monitor business trends through homepage and CPL reporting
