About The Position

The Junior Servicing Specialist at A&D Mortgage is responsible for performing various loan servicing functions under the supervision of the Loan Servicing Manager. This role involves processing final closings, preparing payoff demand statements, and maintaining and tracking pending loan documents. The position is entry-level and focuses on ensuring accurate loan data management and compliance with servicing standards.

Requirements

• Strong personal computer skills including experience in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated advanced communication skills (oral and written).
• Sound judgement, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Input and verify loan data on all loans.
• Input and verify escrow information, including PMI, insurance, and taxes.
• Verify escrow payment information by running a trail escrow analysis.
• Verify flood certificate information.
• Input and verify legal descriptions.
• Check adjustable-rate mortgages (ARMs) and other structured loan types.
• Generate and upload loan documents in the system.
• Perform research and follow-up on outstanding problems.
• Cross train in all loan boarding tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
