Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of Senior Schedulers and Project Schedulers to provide constructionschedule review comments for contractor-generated Baseline Schedules and Monthly Scheduleupdates based on review templates.
Assist the scheduling team in creating and populating various schedule related reports in Excel andP6 software.
Create Earned Value Curves based on template guidelines.
Perform QA/QC on contractors’ schedule submittals for conformance with contract scope andrequirements.
Analyze schedules for proper use of program level standard codes, layouts and reports necessary toensure data integrity.
Perform QA/QC on P6 program schedules and validate logic ties to ensure conformance withscheduling guidelines for various project types.
Update the master program schedule with as-built start and finish dates while coordinating input fromvarious Facilities teams on projected/forecast sequential start/finish dates.

Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in engineering,architecture, engineering, or construction management
• One (1) year full-time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner orGeneral Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
• Superior organizational and planning skills
