About The Position

The Junior Salesforce Administrator/Sales Analyst will join our collaborative Data Analytics team, supporting and developing tools to empower customer tracking and reporting. As a bridge between departments such as Finance, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Management, this role involves ensuring Salesforce applications align with user needs and organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new skills, and working in a supportive team environment. While Salesforce experience is valued, we prioritize work ethic, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with data integration tools and business analytics systems such as Alteryx, Salesforce Data Loader, SAP, Microsoft Great Plains, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex formulas, analyze data, and effectively utilize advanced functions and tools such as pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and Power Query.
  • 1+ years of Salesforce experience (training provided for the right candidate).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work experience and technical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, or Apex (preferred but not required).
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administration and support for Salesforce, including user management, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement workflow rules, data validation, and other enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
  • Work with internal teams and external consultants to define application requirements and implement improvements.
  • Assist in software testing, including creating test plans and coordinating testing activities.
  • Stay informed about new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to streamline processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing Salesforce users, focusing on empowering Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain and improve user documentation, processes, and policies to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Provide technical support for Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
  • Assist in the migration of information from other data sources to Salesforce.
