About The Position

FHIA Remodeling, a Renuity company, is seeking a Junior Sales Associate to promote our products and services to both prospective and existing clients in our direct field marketing campaigns. This role involves delivering engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on our high-quality products and installation. The position offers a base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with the potential to earn between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, along with a $3000 sign-on bonus. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 11 am to 6 pm, and two flexible Saturdays per month from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. This position serves as a stepping stone to a career in Management or outside sales.
