About The Position

FHIA Remodeling, a Renuity company, is seeking a Junior Sales Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in promoting our products and services to both prospective and existing clients through direct field marketing campaigns. The Junior Sales Associate will deliver engaging sales presentations face-to-face, focusing on our high-quality products and installation services. This position offers a base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with the potential to earn between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, along with a $3000 sign-on bonus. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 11 am to 6 pm, with two flexible Saturdays per month from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. This role also serves as a stepping stone to a career in management or outside sales, with regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
