About The Position

The Junior Sales Associate (12 Month Intern) position is designed for recent college graduates to assist the L'Oreal Consumer Products Division on the Walmart Account team. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day tasks aimed at growing account business and increasing sales, providing a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the beauty industry.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate (within 12 months) from a bachelor's program.
• Demonstrated interest in Sales, Merchandising, and/or Marketing in the beauty industry.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) and database management.
• Effective interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set up and execution of 360 activation.
• Manage and track product orders.
• Run and analyze 360 activations (Luminate).
• Conduct Ad/Promo performance analysis.
• Analyze 3rd party retail reporting.
• Manage creative briefs.
• Track new items.
• Monitor social media for Walmart, brands, and competitors including ratings & reviews.
• Perform competitive analysis of new items with a focus on exclusives.
• Handle ad hoc projects as directed by management.
