About The Position

The Confluence Junior Sales Account Manager is a sales and client relationship professional with 2-3 years’ experience working to manage, strengthen and grow SaaS based data, compliance and regulatory reporting, and analytics client relationships with leading financial institutions. The Account Manager will work collaboratively with the Head of Account Management to manage a designated group of mid-tier client accounts. The Account Manager will likewise partner when appropriate with members of the Sales Team to drive new product sales across current client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience managing and growing SaaS-based client relationships in financial services
  • Proven ability to network and build relationships with asset managers, investment consultants, wealth managers, and asset owners
  • Experience in a high-velocity sales environment with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex business issues and drive adoption of solutions
  • Understanding of Miller Heiman or comparable sales management methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other networking tools
  • Knowledge of shareholder and regulatory reporting, performance and risk, and factor-based analysis

  • Experience attending industry conferences and building relationships at various levels
  • Understanding of market developments and ability to communicate insights to marketing and product teams

Responsibilities
