The Junior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer supports Empower's automation initiatives by assisting in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization. Working closely with the RPA Developer and cross-functional teams, this role contributes to the full automation lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The Junior RPA Developer leverages data analysis to identify automation opportunities, documents process enhancements, and provides project coordination throughout the software development lifecycle. This role collaborates extensively with departmental stakeholders to refine business processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
