About The Position

As a Junior RPA Developer in the Business Intelligence Department, you will play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing data-driven decision-making processes. You will work closely with our RPA team to analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, develop RPA solutions, and support their deployment across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with or knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform Requirement Gathering and evaluation of potential Processes for Automation.
• Perform Business Analysis functions during the building of RPA processes.
• Document process workflows using Visio, Lucid chart, or related tools.
• Create technical specification documents for RPA processes.
• Design and implement automation workflows, ensuring they meet requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Conduct thorough testing of automation scripts to validate functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues encountered during the development and testing phases.
• Other Duties as assigned.
