About The Position
We are a luxury medical aesthetics spa offering advanced skin care treatments and non-invasive procedures. Our Carmel location is expanding, and we are seeking a Junior Registered Nurse to support our transition into a fully medical-grade spa environment. The Junior Registered Nurse will assist in clinical operations and perform aesthetic treatments after training. This role is open to candidates with no prior aesthetic experience, though experience is a plus. Applicants must hold an active RN license and be ready to start immediately.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (compact license preferred)
- Willing to undergo training in aesthetic procedures
- Strong attention to detail and client care
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Available to start immediately
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
Nice To Haves
- Aesthetic experience is an advantage but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments after training, including hybrid chemical peels, RF skin tightening, microdermabrasion, microneedling, LED therapy, and other non-invasive procedures
- Assist with client assessments, treatment preparation, and post-care guidance
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, sanitation, and clinical protocols
- Document client charts accurately
- Support the medical team during operational procedures
- Deliver high-quality client service in a luxury spa environment
