About The Position

Vaco Phoenix is looking for a Junior Recruiter for a top client in West Phoenix. The Junior Recruiter does not need to have recruiting experience, the company is looking for an administrator or customer service professional that would like to begin their career in recruiting. This role is paying up to $20.50 per hour and looking to hire immediately.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and drive candidate flow through the application and interview process
• Post and manage roles using our Applicant Tracking System
• Review resumes, engage with candidates, and conduct phone screens to identify the best available talent for our team
• Contribute to a growing Talent Acquisition function by driving towards best practices and striving for continuous improvement
