About The Position

Improvix Technologies is a fast-growing IT solutions provider that specializes in delivering cutting-edge technology, engineering, and consulting services to our customers across the federal government. As part of our high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you’ll source, screen, and engage skilled IT professionals who make an impact on mission critical technology programs. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, learn the ins and outs of federal and commercial tech recruiting, and contribute to a fast-moving, people-first culture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top technology talent, supporting full-cycle recruitment, and contributing to our company’s continued growth. This position is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of recruiting experience (ideally in IT, technical, or GovCon environments).
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, cloud).
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ADP WorkforceNow).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to grow your recruiting career.
  • Familiarity with recruiting for cleared positions or the Federal GovCon environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the recruitment process for IT roles—from job posting and sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews, maintain timely communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Keep the ATS updated and recruitment metrics accurate.
  • Support employer branding, career events, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
