The Junior Recruiter must exhibit and possess interpersonal skills that will allow them to work with department managers and up the management chain. Their responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to identify and develop a diverse talent pipeline, fit for alignment with the ACP mission, vision, values and workplace culture. They are responsible for the full cycle recruitment (sourcing, interviewing & extending employment offers) to all potential candidates. They will be working in collaboration with the Senior Recruiter to ensure all candidates are processed in a timely manner.
