About The Position

The Junior Property Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the management of a diverse portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties. This position is designed for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the real estate property management industry, working closely with senior property managers and various teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in property management or a related service-oriented industry preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with real estate management software such as Yardi or MRI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing the management of an assigned portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties.
• Support senior property managers, marketing, and administrative teams.
• Monitor building conditions through site visits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory codes.
• Track repair requests and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with the review and analysis of operating budgets and financial statements for assigned properties.
• Prepare for physical reviews from owners, investors, partners, and lenders, addressing all follow-up requests promptly.
• Oversee third-party vendors and construction contractors.
