The Junior Property Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the management of a diverse portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties. Requirements

• 2 years of experience in property management or a related service-oriented industry preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates financial acumen and analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with real estate management software such as Yardi or MRI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with overseeing the management of an assigned portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties.
• Support senior property managers, marketing, and administrative teams.
• Monitor building conditions through site visits to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory codes.
• Track repair requests and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with reviews and analysis of operating budgets and financial statements for assigned properties.
• Prepare for physical reviews from owners, investors, partners, and lenders, addressing follow-up requests promptly.
• Oversee the management of third-party vendors and construction contractors.
