The Junior Project Manager independently manages small to medium-sized construction projects or portions of larger programs. They oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful delivery in alignment with scope, cost, and timeline objectives. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams with minimal supervision. In addition to project execution, the Project Manager III supports contract administration, risk mitigation, and QA/QC processes. They serve as a key liaison among clients, contractors, and internal teams, helping to resolve issues, facilitate communication, and implement project management best practices across the organization.
