About The Position

Are you early in your career and ready for a ground-level opportunity to step into project management? Join BCM One's Operations team and gain broad exposure to global communications technology and its daily operations. In this role you will build a strong foundation in how large, cross-functional initiatives come together inside a growing global technology company. As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations , Legal, Compliance, IT, and more to keep projects on track and deliver results on time. Early on, you’ll learn our systems, tools, and key stakeholders, then take on increasing ownership of projects, reports and outcomes. The work is varied, the exposure is broad, and the learning curve is steep (in the best way). If you’re organized, curious, and ready to take initiative, this role offers valuable project management experience early in your career. Work Locations: This role may be hybrid or fully remote. Preference will be given to candidates located in or near our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office. Candidates must live in and be authorized to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship. Hours: Core hours are typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with flexibility to support international teams. Travel: Travel is highly unlikely; if required, it will be domestic and less than 10%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus at least 1 year of experience in customer service, operations, project coordination, or a related role. 3 years of equivalent work experience in a related role may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needs change
  • Comfort working with different teams and personalities

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to project management concepts (Kanban, Agile, or similar)
  • Experience with SaaS, technology, telecoms, or operational teams
  • Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools
  • Interest in pursuing project management certifications in the future

Responsibilities

  • Support internal projects and, over time, take ownership of leading projects, running meetings, and recommending process improvements
  • Identify risks, issues, and technical blockers and help drive solutions
  • Plan and manage team goals and project schedules; coordinate resources to keep work on track
  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring materials are current, accurate , and properly stored
  • Draft and manage project communications, including proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
  • Build strong partnerships and collaborate across teams to ensure internal objectives remain aligned
  • Track project performance and key metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Create and update project plans, trackers, and status reports
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize work across competing deadlines
