About The Position

The SAP department of Capgemini Belgium is a key player in guiding companies through SAP implementations and S/4 Transformations. To reinforce our Project Management Office (PMO) team, we are looking for a motivated Junior Project Management Officer (PMO). You will assist project managers in project management, account coordination, data compliance requirements, and other administrative tasks. You will work closely with multiple senior project managers on our major accounts, delivering challenging and impactful projects. Foster effective teamwork by collaborating within the PMO team and across workstreams. Demonstrate accuracy, proactivity, and multitasking capabilities with a strong sense of ownership. Communicate effectively with colleagues and/or client. Oversee, manage, and monitor project resource and time tracking processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Develop and manage dashboards and reports about project status, progress, risks, etc. Standardization and improve project follow up tools and processes. Manage risks and issues effectively and support the change control process. Prepare multi-project reports and ensure data quality. Support of program manager.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance, Management, Communication, Commercial Engineering, (Applied) Economics, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination is a plus but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Result-oriented with a high level of commitment.
  • Pragmatic, self-driven, and enthusiastic with excellent multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
