We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Program Technologist with 1–3 years of experience to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of multiple IT infrastructures and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), a strong understanding of cloud architecture, and a passion for learning and innovation to include data science.

  • Assist in the design, deployment, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and security.
  • Support cloud migration efforts, including data and application transfers.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Maintain documentation for cloud environments, configurations, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and provide technical support.
  • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Exposure to both pre and post financial reporting to fulfill financial operations (FinOps).
  • Exposure to maintenance of various styles of SharePoint sites.
  • Ability to obtain and keep a DHS Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum ONE (1) year of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with cloud services such as EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Azure VMs, Blob Storage, etc.
  • Basic understanding of networking, security, and virtualization in cloud environments.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (IAC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Datadog).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Power platform certification(s) (e.g., PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Azure Fundamentals).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
