Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field 3+ years experience working in or supporting a PMO environment and experience in project management, change management, or related roles Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies (both traditional and agile) and tools with ability to develop and maintain PMO processes and templates 2+ years demonstrated experience in program reporting/analytics, dashboarding, data analysis, interpretation and reporting to senior audiences, including proficiency with tools like Excel Experience collecting and managing functional requirements and user stories Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and role-based change strategy
