Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. We have also grown our customer base to include commercial clients. The company has used this experience to expand our service offerings to other agencies within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other Federal Civilian Agencies. Pantheon Data is seeking for a motivated Junior Program Analyst with experience in Configuration Management (CM) and program support for Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DoD), or U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) acquisition programs. This position directly supports the Fast Response Cutter (FRC) Program Management Office (PMO), providing analytical, administrative, and technical assistance across program, logistics, and configuration management activities. The ideal candidate will support the analysis, integration, and implementation of processes and procedures related to Acquisition and Configuration Management (CM), ensuring compliance with organizational standards, facilitating smooth transitions of engineering changes, and enabling efficient coordination across teams to maintain operational continuity. This position requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Program Analyst will play a key role in supporting CM activities and ensuring the successful implementation of updated processes.
