About The Position

The Junior Program Analyst will assist the company in program planning, audits, and evaluations related to various healthcare programs and projects. This role involves supporting program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, event planning, Congressional Affairs, metrics, financial management systems, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of related experience in program analysis or healthcare projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify alternatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required.

Nice To Haves

• Academic degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a similar field.
• Experience supporting a national health program or providing PMO support to a large federal initiative.
• Consulting firm experience at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Consulting firm experience at Federal agencies.
• General consulting firm experience.

Responsibilities
