About The Position

The Junior Program Analyst will support the F/A-18 aircraft sustainment modification program by providing analysis, research, and documentation preparation. This role involves tracking program status, assisting in meetings, and supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) requirements. The analyst will also prepare budgetary updates and manage aircraft tracking statuses, working closely with team members and government customers.

Requirements

• Requires an AAS degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business and/or technical-related position.
• Familiarity with budget management, scheduling, research, and analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and understand unique computer applications required by the contract.

Nice To Haves

• BA/BS degree is highly desired.
• An active secret level security clearance.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the F-18 aircraft sustainment modification program through analysis and research.
• Prepare documentation such as Statements of Work and formal letters.
• Participate in meetings and support specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) requirements.
• Track program/project status and schedules, taking minutes and assisting in preparing presentations and reports.
• Prepare and update budgetary and aircraft tracking statuses using established Excel spreadsheets.
• Perform all other assigned tasks as required by team leader and government customer.
