About The Position

The Junior Production Coordinator at American Attitudes LLC is a vital role within the production team, responsible for supporting the production process from start to finish. This position requires a proactive team player who is dedicated to ensuring the timely delivery of quality apparel products while maintaining efficient operations and strong communication with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the fashion industry.
• 2-4 years of experience in Product Development, Production, and Merchandising.
• Solid experience in communication with overseas agents and factories.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced evolving environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; understanding of PLM and ERM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Business Managers and the Production/Product Development team.
• Communicate daily with production/product development teams, CAD design, and tech teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and their cross-functional teams.
• Manage the status of sales requested development samples in the pre-production stage.
• Send and receive sales and approval samples and swatches to and from Retail Partners.
• Manage sales cost sheets and follow up on outstanding prices requested by Retail Partners.
• Oversee showroom merchandising and sample management processing.
• Participate in handoff meetings with Sales and Tech Design to create recaps for cross-functional teams.
• Utilize knowledge of apparel production processes, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
