About The Position

An excellent opportunity for a Junior Product Support Manager or payment support SME to join Finastra's Financial Messaging group based in Manila, providing auxiliary support to the whole Product Team in delivering specific tasks that enhance the delivery of established product and new offerings. You will need to demonstrate that not only do you have great Product Support attributes, but you are able to work in a demanding environment, work collaboratively and transparently to deliver against set tasks and objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English for written and verbal communication.
  • Recent experience in support or as a junior Product Owner/Manager role.
  • Experience with enterprise-grade software products that can perform, scale, and integrate in a payments or financial messaging enterprise ecosystem.
  • Experience with or exposure to Financial Messaging / Payment processing systems, middleware, gateways, or Market Infrastructures.
  • The candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Function as support to the Product Team to mitigate impediments that might otherwise impact successful team completion of their day-to-day activities.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge of the product functionality and deployment architecture.
  • Effective and timely coordination and communication with Product stakeholders to align, support & contribute to and maintain product administration systems.
  • Desk top research support PM/POs.
  • Pricing administration and change requests into Pearl.
  • AHA optimization and management.
  • Product presales presentations & roadmap communications.
  • Maintaining strategy information.
  • Document repositories for all non-sensitive product information.
  • Kantata code management.
