About The Position

iPostal1, the leading provider of Digital Mailbox technology worldwide, is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our team. Our website, www.iPostal1.com, lists 3,000 addresses, including retail pack and ship stores, 1,000 Staples stores and coworking spaces. Customers choose a mailing address for business or personal use and view and manage their postal mail and packages anywhere with an app or online. This position is responsible for assisting the Product Manager(s) with the company’s existing products and their ongoing changes, fixes and new features as well as providing project management for these enhancements. Jr. Product Managers liaise with all team members to assist in coordinating resources and timelines to keep projects and keeping stakeholders informed of status. This position will be based out of our Montebello, NY headquarters.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience with managing projects through to completion
• Customer focus
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to organize thoughts and data into writing
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration or related field preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous Project Management and the use of Project Management tools and software a plus

Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned product(s) and their features
• Collect and document feedback from internal users
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to suggest improvements
• Assist in the management of each assigned product’s lifecycle
• Document and assist in the planning of each project
• Track and keep data up to date surrounding projects, their metrics and deadlines
• Communicate status with all parties involved with projects and product launches
