Requirements

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, wood science, material science, business administration or marketing
Preferred two years of relevant work experience in the adhesive or furniture industry
Strong technical understanding
Professional appearance, communicative and intercultural competence as well as flexibility and creativity
Structured and independent way of working with strong conceptual and analytical skills
Market and customer-oriented mindset with high persuasiveness and assertiveness
Team player with a very high level of commitment, results-orientated and self-motivated
Business fluent in English (Spanish, Portuguese or German are a plus) and willing to travel

Responsibilities

Manage interfaces between local departments, sales organizations as well as the headquarters
Assumption of operational tasks in relation to individual industry portfolios
Implementing the global product and market strategy in the Americas and adapting to regional requirements
Observation and analysis of selected target markets to derive future product ideas from a technical and commercial perspective
Support in marketing measures in the areas of content and knowledge transfer as well as in the development of additional markets, customers and partners
Collecting and processing regional market and competitive information
Continuous optimization and further development of the regional product range in coordination with the headquarters
