About The Position

Paul Logistics is seeking a Junior Pricing Analyst to join our growing analytics and strategy team. This role is designed as a launchpad into freight economics, real-time pricing strategy, and data-driven decision-making within the transportation industry. This is not a passive reporting position. You will work directly alongside our Pricing Manager in a hands-on environment where analytics drives operational and market strategy. If you enjoy solving complex problems, thinking logically, and reacting quickly to changing market conditions, this role offers meaningful exposure and long-term growth potential. The Junior Pricing Analyst supports margin strategy, customer profitability analysis, and real-time freight pricing decisions. You will help interpret market trends, analyze lane data, and build tools that allow leadership to make informed, fast-moving decisions. This role provides direct mentorship and a clear development path toward Pricing Strategist or Market Manager positions. Paul Logistics is an asset-based transportation and logistics company operating across North America. We combine owned fleet operations with strategic brokerage solutions, allowing us to move freight faster, smarter, and with greater operational control. We are actively investing in analytics, automation, and technology to modernize how freight pricing and strategy are executed. This is an opportunity to build your career inside a company that values data, accountability, and forward-thinking logistics systems. At Paul Logistics, you will not sit on the sidelines.
