A national, fully remote, partner -led law firm is seeking a Junior Partner to support the growth of its Delaware corporate and commercial litigation practice. This role offers a flexible, low -overhead platform that allows partners to focus on sophisticated legal work with greater autonomy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate and commercial litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of Delaware corporate law
- Experience in Delaware state and federal courts
- Ability to independently manage complex matters
