Today, it is the #1 way people play football and futsal in Singapore, and is rapidly expanding internationally via a license partner model, with locations in Australia, India, USA, UAE, and South Africa. Role The selected candidates will work closely with the Durban Business Owner and the team to manage day-to-day operations, supporting the business during peak operational hours. The role will largely follow the existing Operations function, with a focus on admin support, customer experience, and operational coordination.
Requirements
- Relevant experience, e.g. hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, inventory management
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for customer service
- Friendly positive attitude and team player
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
Nice To Haves
- Interest in football is a BIG PLUS
- Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS
