About The Position

The Junior Operations Analyst understands the needs of the business, the data behind it and how to transform information into solutions that allow the business to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should be able to dive into data sets, relate processes to data flow, critically analyze information, develop reporting, provide feedback and support operational initiatives with metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma, or equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business and/or similar, required.
  • 1-3 years Analytical experience.
  • Data and analysis skills.
  • Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
  • Must be able to comply with SFPH’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years Salesforce lightning and Analytics Studio experience a plus.
  • 1-3 years Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1-3 years Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting BI tool(s).
  • Oracle Fusion experience a plus.
  • 1-3 years SQL.
  • 1-3 years DAX, R and Python.
  • Azure and Fabric experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational reports to support all subsidiaries and branches.
  • Assist in reviewing branch metrics and generate detailed analysis to operations weekly on new trends and data outliers.
  • Use continuous improvement mindset to evaluate suite of reports and automate data processes.
  • Streamline data and information consumption via BI tools.
  • Advocate and educate the business to leverage BI reporting to make informed business decisions.
  • Manage questions and issues from current reporting and BI tool users.
  • Support rollout of new sites into software platforms, validating information is flowing properly.
  • Help identify business processes that support data integrity and reporting.
  • Cultivate data quality, driving consistent information across multiple branches and subsidiaries allowing for improved reporting and metrics.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
