About The Position
Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Junior Network Administrator performs a variety of support functions related to the computer help desk, email system, file/print servers, database servers, and all other network operations for the Cook County Assessor's Office (CCAO). The Junior Network Administrator provides help desk support to CCAO staff, township assessors, and data subscribers. The Junior Network Administrator maintains good customer service and recommends short- and long-term computer network solutions.
