Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design and storytelling? IN2 is looking for a Junior Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kick-start their career in multimedia and design.

Requirements

Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects.
Understanding and interesting in using and exploring different AI tools.
Strong graphic design foundation; video editing and motion design knowledge a plus.
Highly creative with a growth mindset, adaptable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently and within a team.
Interest in global affairs and openness to regional travel.
Recent graduates encouraged to apply!
Native/fluent English speaker. An additional language is beneficial but not essential
Must have UK work permit/residency secured or be a UK national.

Responsibilities

Create innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts across multiple platforms
Design weekly visual reporting materials.
Translate creative briefs into high-quality visuals.
Work within Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
Work with a range of AI tools.
Collaborate with the creative team from pre-production through post-production.
Ensure visual consistency across all IN2 content and campaigns.
Coordinate with senior production and design teams to meet deadlines.
Stay current with design trends and industry developments.
Juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
