About The Position

The Junior Mountaineer Club Guide is responsible for coordinating the various kids' programs that are offered at the property. This Club Guide plays a key role in ensuring that our younger guests have adventure-based experiences and can enjoy the thrill of adventure, art, and other activities that align with our one-of-a-kind experiences.

Requirements

At Least 18 years of age
Experience interacting meaningfully and positively with children + parents.
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness, and work with minimum supervision.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of guest information and designated hotel data.
Work collaboratively to create exceptional children’s experiences.
Ability to plan ahead and use excellent communication skills to collaborate between departments.
Ability to hike, ride horses, be active and play outside games.
Considered applicants must be able to pass a full background check.
Basic first aid and CPR certification required

Responsibilities

Assist in organizing activities
Supervise Mountaineers during meals
Assist in overseeing up to 12 kids at a time
Oversee safety during activities and guiding activities.
Mediates any campers’ disputes
Knows, enforces, and follows all safety guidelines associated with the camp program, including knowing the whereabouts of your Mountaineers at all times.
Help plan and lead activities, crafts, and games.
