• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Encompass LOS system.

Responsibilities

• Take and make calls generated from marketing leads.
• Consult with potential loan applicants, answering questions about home loan products.
• Gather financial information to assist with loan applications and assess applicants' financial situations.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, and generate new business opportunities.
• Work collaboratively in an office environment to accelerate learning.
