About The Position

As a Junior MBSE Engineer, you will: Develop and maintain model-based system architectures using SysML and DoDAF Assist in modeling foreign missile systems and Command & Control (C2) structures in support of national defense analysis Collaborate with senior engineers and government stakeholders to deliver high-quality modeling products Participate in on-site and remote support to multiple IC organizations Contribute to technical documentation, data traceability, and systems integration Grow your skills in MBSE tools and methodologies through hands-on mission work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; OR 0+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an additional 4 years can be substituted in lieu of degree
• TS/SCI clearance or TS with the ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph
• Foundational understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and modeling frameworks
• Familiarity with ITASE (Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment)
• Exposure to SysML and/or DoDAF-compliant modeling practices
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to support efforts across multiple government sites and collaborate with diverse technical teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience using tools such as: Cameo Systems Modeler, Teamwork Cloud, Simulink, MATLAB, STK, Jira, Confluence
• Experience supporting DoD or IC customers
• Interest in missile systems, C2 architecture, or defense technology
