Requirements

Over 1 year of experience in marketing and customer service
A wealth of innovative ideas and creativity
Exceptional work ethic with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

An accountable and proactive approach to challenges, always ready with solutions

Responsibilities

Contributing to customer acquisition and retention efforts in designated territories
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge in order to meet external customer requirements
Cultivating strong leadership and interpersonal skills through cross training in all departments
Boosting sales through in-store promotional campaigns and scheduled appointments
Formulating, executing, and overseeing strategies alongside our marketing and business development crew
Engaging, communicating, and problem solving with customers, team members, and higher-ups
Problem-solving and making professional judgments regarding customer eligibility (training provided for this area)
